Join me every Thursday at Evolv Poulton for pregnancy yoga where we combine calming breathwork, safe and supportive asanas (poses), and relaxations. Together, we focus on easing discomfort, building strength, calming the nervous system, and cultivating presence; all of which support you in preparing for birth, no matter what kind of birth you're planning for. Movements and postures are thoughtfully chosen to encourage optimal fetal positioning, helping create space and balance in the pelvis to support your baby’s journey into the world.

My classes combine both anatomical knowledge alongside holistic and spiritual wellness, always encouraging mamas to connect with their body and move with intuition. Pregnancy is a time of transformation; physically, emotionally, and mentally. It can be joyful, overwhelming, empowering, and uncertain, sometimes all at once. These weekly yoga classes are designed to be an anchor through that change, a space to come home to yourself, find steadiness, and connect deeply with your body and baby. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this is a space to feel supported, centered, and empowered on your journey to motherhood.
