I have practiced yoga since the age of 16, keen to deepen my knowledge I completed my 200hr Vinyasa and Ashtanga YTT in Goa India and 85hr Pregnancy Yoga with Sally Parkes.
My background is in nursing and midwifery and therefore I have a deep interest in anatomy and the physical benefits of yoga. However, my years of practice have been mainly due to the grounding and awareness yoga offers both mentally and spiritually and this guides my classes. I provide students with a safe space to connect with their body and build their practice whilst listening to their intuition.
Yoga has been a tool used daily for union of the mind, body and spirit. The community yoga fosters is beautiful and beginners are always welcome! I hope to meet you on the mat.
